A Boeing 737 MAX 8 to London declared an emergency and diverted to Munich.
Soon after departure from Trieste, Italy, the crew of a Boeing 737 MAX 8 (registration G-TUKT) declared an emergency while cruising at 36,000 feet.
Pilots contacted ATC to divert to nearby airport due to possible medical emergency on board.
The flight diverted to Munich, Germany only 45 minutes after takeoff nad was parked on remote stand after touch down on runway 08R.
The flight then resumed. It departed Munich at 15:49 CEST and is currently airborne, expected to land at 16:30 BST at London Gatwick.
