An aircraft has crashed while landing at Rughenda Airfield, Congo on March 17.

The airfield is close from the Uganda and the Rwanda.

The flight was operated by a Let L-410UVP aircraft (registration 9S-GPB).

According to information gathered, bad weather conditions were the cause of this incident.
