An Antonov An-2 crashed near Naryan-Mar, in Arctic Region of Russia. The aircraft lost height right after take off.
According to sources, 13 persons who were on board the plane: 10 adults, 1 children and 2 pilots.
The hospital is reporting 1 died and 2 victims are seriously wounded.
The An-2 plane crashed after it rolled out beyond the runway during take off.
On board, in addition to the two pilots, there were employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

To investigate the causes of the incident, an operational headquarters was set up under the leadership of the provincial governor Alexander Tsybulsky.
