An Antonov An-2 crashed near Naryan-Mar, in Arctic Region of Russia. The aircraft lost height right after take off.
According to sources, 13 persons who were on board the plane: 10 adults, 1 children and 2 pilots.
The hospital is reporting 1 died and 2 victims are seriously wounded.
The An-2 plane crashed after it rolled out beyond the runway during take off.
On board, in addition to the two pilots, there were employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
