A flight from Hangzhou to Hong Kong was forced to divert to Fuzhou due to a fire in cabin.
The flight HX115 had taken off from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and was en route to Hong Kong when a cabine fire broke out.
The fire broke out in an overhead luggage compartment mid-flight. The Airbus A320 (registration B-LPC) landed safely on Runway 03 at Changle Airport (FOC), with the crew successfully extinguishing the fire.

Upon landing in Fuzhou, passengers were evacuated via the emergency stairs and transported away from the aircraft on a shuttle bus, with fire engines on standby on the tarmac.
