The British Airways flight BA99 to Toronto, Canada departed London Heathrow terminal 5 , gate 10C at 6:00 PM BST.
The Boeing 777-300ER (registration G-YMMJ) stopped the climb at 15,000 feet due to oxygen problem according to Flight Emergency source.
Pilots decided to turn around over Wales to return to London Heathrow Airport.
The airline is confirming AIRLIVE that the flight is now delayed significantly. A new departure is scheduled at 20:45.
