A man was shot by police at Toronto Pearson’s Terminal 1, prompting a major emergency response that’s affecting operations at the country’s busiest airport on Thursday morning.
Airport authorities at Pearson International said there was shooting just before 7 a.m. Witnesses said they heard what sounded like several gunshots outside Terminal 1 by pillar 14 and 15.
