A resurfaced video shows a passenger on a Frontier Airlines flight yelling for help after airline staff duct-taped him to a seat.
The 22-year-old man was restrained after allegedly groping two flight attendants and punching another during a 2021 flight from Philadelphia to Miami, according to authorities.
He was then arrested and charged with three misdemeanor counts of assault, authorities told local media.
