Virgin Atlantic flight to Providenciales, Turks Caicos Islands is returning to London Heathrow.
Virgin Atlantic flight #VS163 departed London Heathrow today at 08:10 BST from runway 27L.
The Boeing 787-9 (registration G-VBOW) climbed to 36,000 ft for scheduled flight to Providenciales Island and Montego Bay.
About 1 hour and 10 minutes into the flight, the crew decided to turn around.
The 7-year-old aircraft is expected to return to London Heathrow due to a technical issue (deflating nose gear tyre).
The aircraft is configured in three classes with 31 seats in Business, 35 seats in Premium and 192 seats in Economy.
