UK-based Global Airlines is one step away from starting flight operations.
Global Airlines plans to acquire four giant Airbus A380s in total.
The airline is currently doing a flight test with a recently acquired A380 over the Mojave desert in California.
The flight only lasted 20 minutes as the aircraft didn’t reach 5,000 ft before landing back.
Global Airlines says it plans to use its fleet of owned A380 double decker aircraft to “reinvigorate the flying experience, courtesy of the unrivalled spaciousness” offered by the super jumbo.
