Lufthansa has just confirmed the airline’s new livery.
The German flag-carrier will officially unveil it on February 7th.
Yellow was removed from the livery, but the color remains an important part of the Lufthansa design.
A Boeing 747-8i (registration D-ABYA) is currently in Rome (FCO) for paint. It will be flown to Frankfurt tomorrow morning.

Repainting all 330 Lufthansa aircraft will take 8 years, according to CEO Carsten Spohr. 40 of them will wear the new livery by the end of the year.
