An Airbus A320 aircraft operated by low-cost airline Germanwings has crashed in the south of France. The aircraft, on route from Barcelona, Spain, to the Germany city of Düsseldorf, came down in the French Alps near Digne. There are believed to be 142 passengers on board, alongside two pilots and four crew.
