The RAF and the French Air Force will fly over London Heathrow to commemorate the 80th anniversary of General Charles de Gaulle’s appeal for French resistance.
On Thursday, both the RAF and the French Air Force are planning a special flypast of 18 aircraft over Heathrow. The event will commemorate the 80th anniversary of General Charles de Gaulle’s appeal for French resistance. French president Emmanuel Macro is expected to visit UK for face-to-face visits with Prince Charles and Boris Johnson.
Both countries will send their national display teams, the Red Arrows from the RAF and the Patrouille de France which will join up to perform this special flypast.
