A Quick Alert Response (QRA) from Royal Air Force was launched today as Russian bombers flew off Norwegian and UK coasts.
This morning NATO radars detected Russian Aircraft flying off Norwegian coasts.
A Royal Air Force tanker took from from Brize Norton base as well as an E3-F Awacs for airborne radar detection.
Two RAF Typhoons took off from Lossiemouth airbase to intercept the Russian aircraft.
A French Air Force E3-F Awacs was also flying over North of France to follow the Russian bombers.
Russian aircraft are now heading to North.
