From Belgrad to Zurich, a Swiss International Air Lines flight declared an emergency and diverted to Friedrichshafen.
Swiss International Air Lines flight LX1413 departed Belgrad, Serbia today at 09:39 CEST to Zurich.
The Airbus A220-300 aircraft (registration HB-JCA) climbed to 38,000 feet and started approach to Zurich Airport when the crew declared an emergency (squawk 7700).
The flight diverted to Friedrichshafen Airport only 76 km from ZRH Airport due to cockpit alarm and light smoke development visible in the rear section of the cabin.
The plane is still at FDH Airport at the time of writing. Passengers disembarked normally, buses to Zurich have been arranged.
