United flight to Newark was forced to to return to London Heathrow following a mechanical issue.
United Airlines flight UA941 departed London Heathrow runway 09R to Newark. The Boeing 767-300 climbed to 34,000 ft then turned around between UK and Ireland.
According to source the 32-year-old Boeing 767 (registration N653UA) suffered a hydraulic issue on the right wing.
The flight landed back in London 1h30 after departure on runway 09L.
United announced the flight is cancelled due to a technical issue. The aircraft is now out of service.
