Delta flight DL257 departed Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at 11:15 CET to Boston Logan International Airport.
The Airbus A330 (registration N437DX) was cruising at 36,000 feet and already crossing the Atlantic when the crew decided to turn around due to. strong “rotten egg” odor near one of the rear doors according to a source.
