Lufthansa now offers unlimited free messaging on its intercontinental flights.
Passengers can send and receive as many messages as they like—including photos—using their own smartphones or tablets and their favorite messaging apps, no matter which travel class they’re in.
This new feature is especially popular among travelers who want to stay connected with family and friends throughout long-haul flights.
To access it, passengers simply log in to FlyNet using either their Miles & More service card number or an email address linked to their Lufthansa Group Travel ID.
The complimentary service is made possible through a partnership with Mastercard. New users can also register during the flight.
