Air Force One is expected to land at London Stansted Airport for President Trump’s state visit.
16 September 2025 — Washington & London – President Donald Trump, accompanied by First Lady Melania Trump, is aboard Air Force One as they depart for what has been billed as an unprecedented second state visit to the United Kingdom.
This visit marks Trump’s second full state visit to the UK; the first was in 2019, with then-Queen Elizabeth II. He now will be received by King Charles III. It is rare for an American president to receive two state visits from British monarchs while in office. The UK government and King Charles have described the invitation as “historic” and “unprecedented.”
Air Force One is expected to land at London Stansted Airport for President Trump’s state visit.
Upon arrival in the UK, President Trump and the First Lady will stay at Windsor Castle. There are no major public events scheduled for their first evening.
