British fighter jets arrived on Akrotiri airbase, Cyprus in the Eastern Mediterranean.
UK’s Royal Air Force jets are also there ready to swoop into action if the cabinet authorizes airstrikes on Syria.
Two fighter jets left RAF Akrotiri at 5.30am.
