Air traffic disrupted at Milan Linate Airport after smoke form a grass fire reduced the visibility.

Flight operations were halted at Milan Linate Airport following a grass fire near the runway.

Several flights diverted to nearby airports such as easyJet flight U21990 which diverted to Milan Malpensa.

Flightradar24 reported 15 delayed flights.
