A flight from Corfu International Airport to Düsseldorf has diverted following an emergency on board.
The TUI flight X34429 departed Corfu International Airport, Greece to Düsseldorf, Germany, Saturday, June 28 2025 at 11:36 EEST.
The Boeing 737-800 (registration D-ABMV) climbed to 29,100 feet over the Adriatic Sea when the crew declared an emergency (squawk 7700) due to engine issues.
Less than 30 minutes into the flight, the flight turned left and circled for few minutes to allow pilots to deal with checklist for landing.
The aircraft landed on runway 25 at Bari Airport, Italy, 1 hour and 3 minutes after departure.
