A Lufthansa flight to Warsaw declared an emergency and returned to Munich this morning.
The flight LH1610 departed this morning from Terminal 2 then took off at 06:09 CEST from runway 26L at MUC Airport but stopped the climb at 10,000 feet as pilots were experiencing a technical issue with the aircraft.
The CRJ-900LR, with registration D-ACNE, circled for few minutes North of Munich before returning to Munich for a land attempt.
But while on final approach to runway 26R, the plane performed a go around and climbed back to 5,000 feet before a new landing attempt.
The Canadair Jet 900 finally landed safely on runway 26R 59 minutes after departure and taxied to the stand.
