A Malaysia Airlines flight declared an emergency on final approach to Ho Chi Minh City.
A Boeing 737-800 from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur has declared an emergency during final approach while diverting to Ho Chi Minh City.
The flight #MH79 departed at 08:50 HKT from HKG Airport to Kuala Lumpur but the crew declared an emergency (squawk 7700) and diverted.
The aircraft (registration 9M-MLS) landed safely at SGN Airport 2 hours and 8 minutes after takeoff.
