A Delta Air Lines CRJ-900 is upside down after a crash-land on runway at Toronto Pearson Airport.
A Delta Air Lines plane crash-landed at Toronto Pearson International Airport, resulting in at least eight people being injured.
The incident involved a Delta Airlines Canadair CL-600-2D24 Regional Jet CRJ-900ER (registration N932XJ) arriving from Minneapolis, which encountered an issue upon landing resulting ending upside down.
Emergency teams were quickly dispatched to the scene, and all passengers and crew were accounted for following the crash.
Peel Paramedic Services say at least eight people are injured following an incident with a plane.
There were close to 80 people on board the aircraft at the time of the incident.
The exact circumstances of the crash, including what caused the plane to crash land, remain under investigation by local authorities.
Peel Regional Police confirm that a plane was on fire, but did not reveal any further details about what caused the fire.
