Qantas #QF6 from Rome blew out tyres upon landing at Perth, damaging the undercarriage.
Qantas Boeing flight #QF6 from Rome FCO experienced an incident this Saturday, August 24 2024 upon landing at Perth Airport.
The Boeing 787-9 (registration VH-ZNC) departed FCO airport more than one hour late at 15:50 CEST.
After more than 15 hours of flight, the aircraft landed on runway 24 at Perth airport.
But during landing, a couple of tyres blew out causing damages to the undercarriage.
Aircraft is now ground pending ATSB investigation and the left Perth-Sydney is cancelled.
