On 22nd September 2023, an AnadoluJet Boeing 737 overran the runway at Perm International Airport in Russia.
The Boeing 737-800 with registration TC-JGV, belonging to Anadolujet was operating flight TK3964 from Antalya to Perm flight. However, on landing the aircraft overran the end of the runway by about 50 meters coming to a stop on soft, even ground.
According to reports, there were 173 passengers, including 1 baby, and a flight crew of 6 people onboard. None of them were injured and there was no visible damage to the aircraft.
In the statement made by the Turkish press consultancy regarding the incident, “Our TC-JGV queue registered plane, which made the Antalya – Perm Flight No. TK3694, completed its landing and left the runway, and then left the taxiway.”

“After the landing, our passengers and the flight crew did not have any health problems and the passengers were evacuated from the plane. Our technical teams related to the incident started the research process.”
