The 17 years old Boeing 777-200ER turned south to divert to Dubai where it landed on runway 30L.
The Boeing (reg. PH-BQL) aircraft was met by the firetrucks and has been parked in the remote parking area C-38 at Dubai Airport.
The full emergency was declared because of one engine failure.
