A Jet2 passenger, aged 44, died on a flight to Glasgow from Antalya in Turkey.
A mid-air emergency was declared near to Glasgow Airport at around 6.40pm and the plane landed shortly after.
A passenger, who was believed to be travelling alone, had been pulled into the aisle and they were attempting to give him mouth to mouth.
Cabin crew performed CPR for 40 minutes but the man sadly passed away.

Pilots declared an emergency few minutes prior landing.
“The pilot came to inform us we were going to have to do an emergency landing due to a medical incident on-board.” e passenger said.
The witness added cabin crew continued performing CPR as the plane landed and paramedics boarded the aircraft when they landed and were still on board for about half an hour before any passengers were let off.
A Jet2 spokesperson said: “We can confirm that Flight LS110 from Antalya to Glasgow requested a priority landing on Tuesday evening, due to an unresponsive customer onboard.”
A witness added to the newspaper: “People were crying and really shaken up by it, it was really sad.”
