On december 28, 2016, Kenya Airways Dreamliner #KQ112 suffered a pressure issue at 32,000ft, close to Mount Kenya (4,000m). The pilot decided to go quickly down to 15,000 ft with oxygen mask.
Passengers panicked and the cabin crew was not really trained to face the situation. The plane came back in NBO and the pilot finally informed the passengers on the nature of the problem.
