On Saturday evening the British Airways flight #BA42 from Cap Town to London Heathrow was assigned the Squawk Transponder code 1232 by sarcastic South Africa ATC.
This was a reference to England losing 12-32 to South Africa in the Rugby World Cup final earlier in the day.
