Runway 27R has been closed at Chicago ORD Airport after a plane crash landed.
A plane flying from Manistee to Chicago ORD Airport has crash landed on runway 27R in snowy conditions.
The Cessna 402C was operating flight Cape Air flight#9K1 (only 15-minute long) when it landed in hard weather conditions on North runway 27R at 8.15am local time.
The airport is currently experienced a ground delay of about 30 minutes due to ice and snow.

The runway should reopen at 11.30 am local time.
