easyJet flight from Manchester to Sofia diverted to Munich.
The flight U22219 departed Manchester, UK at 07:40 GMT this Tuesday, December 10 2024 to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Almost 2 hours into the flight, the Airbus A320-200 (registration G-EZWZ) turned North and was vectored to Munich Airport where it was parked in a remote area.
The airline confirmed AIRLIVE about “a passenger incident on board” forcing a divertion.
The aircraft refueled and departed Munich by 12:00 CET to resume the flight to Sofia where it landed at 14:33 EET.
