Teams from NASA and SpaceX gave the “go” for Crew-6 to undock from the International Space Station.
Undocking scheduled on Sept. 3 at 7:05am ET and head for splashdown off the Florida coast early Sept.4 at 12:17am ET.
NASATV coverage begins at 5am ET with hatch closure.
- 5 a.m. – Coverage of the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft hatch closing with Crew-6 aboard. Hatch closing scheduled at approx. 5:20 a.m.
- 6:45 a.m. – Undocking coverage of the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft and Crew-6 from the International Space Station.
- Undocking scheduled for 7:05 a.m. Audio-only commentary will continue on mission audio circuits until 11 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, when coverage of deorbit burn, entry, and splashdown resumes on NASA TV.
- 11 p.m. – Coverage of SpaceX Dragon spacecraft deorbit burn, re-entry, and splashdown. Splashdown scheduled no earlier than 12:17 a.m. Monday, Sept. 4.
