Following the crash of the Indonesia AirAsia A320 on Sunday, the airline has suspended its flights between Surabaya and Singapore.
From Sunday 4th January, flight QZ678 and QZ679 will no longer operate its 4 times a week service.
On 28th December 2014, the Indonesia AirAsia flight QZ8501 operated what seems to be a charter service from Surabaya to Singapore which crashed in the Java Sea. Bodies and wreckage began to be found two days later. 162 people were onboard the aircraft when it crashed but so far only 30 bodies have been found.
