20-year-old Rapper Lil Pump has received a lifetime ban from JetBlue after he refused to wear a mask and became verbally abusive and unruly on a flight.
The incident happened on a JetBlue flight from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles on Saturday last week. The crew even requested to have police officers on standby at LAX.
Although he refused to comply with JetBlue’s face covering policy, the rapper eventually put on his mask, and the police report was not filed either.
After the incident, a JetBlue spokesperson said:
“His return reservation was canceled, and he is no longer welcome to fly on JetBlue. The safety of all customers and crew members is JetBlue’s priority. Our policy requires all customers 2 years and older wear a face-covering throughout their journey.”
In a now-deleted Instagram video, he was heard saying, “All 2021, I ain’t wearing no mask! I don’t gotta wear no fucking mask, bitch.”
