Following the demise of Thomas Cook Airlines, the Polish Aviation Group PGL, owner of LOT Polish Airlines, is set to take over German leisure carrier, Condor.
The deal was announced in Poland and should be finalized by April 2020 once regulatory approval is granted by the European Commission.
