Finnair is expanding services between Helsinki and Tartu, Estonia’s second largest city, and re- timing schedules to create more convenient connections through Helsinki for European passengers. Tartu is Estonia’s second city as well as its historic cultural and intellectual capital, home of the University of Tartu founded in 1632.
