An Alphajet aircraft of the Patrouille de France crashed at the airport of Perpignan-Rivesaltes this Thursday.
One of the Patrouille de France’s fighter jet, exited the runway at the Perpignan airport, this late morning.
The aircraft ended on the D117 Peyrestortes Road, which borders the runway of the airport.
A witness told that the accident caused a start of vegetation fire around the aircraft.
The injured pilot, who ejected, was taken care of by the rescue.
The Patrouille de France was expected in the afternoon at Saint-Cyprien, for an air show.
