Turkish Airlines flight TK2430 from Istanbul was evacuated on the apron after landing at Antalya Airport.

On July 29, a Turkish Airlines flight to Antalya experienced a hard landing which caused flames to appear around the landing gear wheels.

Smoke was observed coming from the landing gear during taxiing of flight TK243 from Istanbul.

Passengers were evacuated using the emergency slides of the Boeing 777-300ER with registration TC-LKF and ARFF teams intervened.

The 247 passengers and 13 crew members were safely evacuated and the aircraft was towed to a secure area. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
