Air France flight AF566 departed Paris CDG on time at 09:11 CET today for a 4-hour flight to Lebanon.
The airbus A330-200 (registration F-GZCK) was less than 2 hours into the flight, cruising at 39,000 feet over Croatia when the crew declared an emergency (squawk 7700).
The aircraft turned around towards Venice, Italy, where it is expected to land in few minutes.
