A flight from Paris to Venice has declared an emergency over Italy and diverted.
Air France flight AF1326 departed Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport at 20:49 CEST to Venice (VCE).
The Airbus A320 (registration F-HPNJ) was in Italian Airspace when the crew declared an emergency (squawk 7700) one hour and 30 minutes into the flight.
The flight circled for 30 minutes at 5,000 ft before diverting to Milan Malpensa Airport where to landed on runway 35R, escorted by emergency vehicle.
The airline is confirming a stopover in Milan before resuming the flight to Venice.
