A flight from London diverted to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport after it declared an emergency.
A British Airways Airbus A320 departed Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport during the night yesterday at 22:20 CEST and climbed to 38,000 feet when the crew declared an emergency (squawk 7700) over France.
The aircraft to London Heathrow (registration G-EUYF) started a rapid descent over Paris and landed on runway 27L at Charles de Gaulle Airport after 1 hour and 15 minutes of flight.
The reason is still unknown and the plane is still on the ground at CDG airport.
