Delta flight DL83 departed Paris CDG Airport Wednesday, November 27 2024 at 08:10 CEST for a 9-hour flight to Atlanta.
Almost 2 hours into the flight, while starting to cross Atlantic, the crew contacted ATC about a disruptive passenger in the back of the plane.
The Airbus A330-3300 (registration N810NW) was vectored to Dublin where it landed at 10:46 local time.
The male passenger was handcuffed before Garda removed him from the plane.
The flight resumed at 1:00pm from Dublin Airport, expected to land at 3:46pm at Atlanta, gate E26, 3 hours late.
