BREAKING A pair of Turkish Air Force A400Ms have taken off from Ukraine

Turkish Air Force A400Ms have taken off from Chernivtsi Airport, South of Ukraine. A rare situation during the beginning of the war in Ukraine.

Due to the closure of the airspace in Ukraine, 2 Turkish A400M aircraft remained stuck at Borispol Airport since the beginning of the war.

The two Turkish A400M military cargo aircraft began to be transferred to their home base, Kayseri.

In September 2018, the airport was named after Ukrainian astronaut Leonid Kadeniuk. All flights are suspended due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The Airbus A400M Atlas is a European four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft. It was designed by Airbus Military as a tactical airlifter with strategic capabilities.
