After D-AIMK last week, another Lufthansa A380 is leaving long term storage.
The Lufthansa A380 (reg. D-AIMM) has left Teruel Airport in Spain to Frankfurt’s airline hub.
The airline is reactivating 6 of its 14 A380s to be ready for summer program.
From the airline’s hub in Munich, initial destinations will New York-JFK, Boston and Los Angeles starting in June.

An older airliner A340 (reg. D-AIHX) is also leaving storage, with a nice wings wave on takeoff.
However the A340 is suffering a technical issue and after holding, pilots decided to divert to Toulouse.
