A MD-87 is on fire after crashing near Houston Executive Airport with 21 people on board.
The corporate McDD MD-87 (reg. N987AK) crashed behind the runway and burst into flames at Houston Executive Waller County Airport.

- UPDATE The aircraft was taking off to North and overran runway 36 during an aborted take-off across the perimeter fence and ended 400 m further north where it caught fire and burned to destruction.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said there are no serious injuries.
