Indonesian meteorology agency has said that the crash of the AirAsia flight QZ8501 was caused by “very bad weather”.
As search operations for wreckage and bodies continue, bad weather and heavy seas are continuing to hamper. The Search and rescue agency chief Bambang Soelistyo said a remotely operated underwater vehicle was being lowered today to take picture of the sea bed.
Search teams scouring the Java Sea for the wreckage say they have found “two large objects”.
The A320 aircraft disappeared with 162 people on board while flying from Surabaya in Indonesia to Singapore last Sunday.
