The two manipulating dummy weapons (Airsoft), created panic Wednesday morning in an airport terminal Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle.
Around 8:30, “a passenger gave the alert after seeing two adults who did not speak French have weapons”.
Passengers were evacuated from Terminal 2 where a security perimeter was put in place. The Border Police (PAF) intervened to the two people.
Airsoft weapons are ball guns, “almost replicas of real weapons,” according to an airport source.
Passengers were evacuated from Terminal 2 where a security perimeter and a team of deminers were already in place for an abandoned baggage.
The airport has been reopened since 9:15.
