British Airways statement
There are severe snow storms forecast across the East Coast of the USA, and as a result many flights to and from the region will be affected on Friday January 22 and Saturday January 23.There will be no British Airways flights to or from Washington, Philadelphia, Baltimore or Newark on Saturday January 23.There will also be no flights from Heathrow to New York JFK on Saturday but we will operate flights BA180 and BA178 from JFK to Heathrow on Saturday morning as they are scheduled to depart before the weather worsens in the New York area.We expect flights to and from Boston to operate as normal across the whole of the period.Even if your flight is still due to operate between January 21 and January 24, but you no longer wish to travel, you are able to change your booking free of charge and delay/bring forward your journey. This policy applies to flights to/from JFK, Newark, Washington, Baltimore, Boston and Philadelphia.
